Who can order?

Our minimum order is $100 (inc GST) but you can order less if you need to but you will have to pay our small picking fee to cover our warehouse costs. This picking fee is $10 and payable only on orders under $100 (inc GST).

All the prices on our website are quoted including GST. We will add a small shipping cost to your order at checkout - you can review our shipping prices at Shipping and Returns.

When you order through our website you will not be required to make payment. We will confirm the details of your order and contact you to organise payment.

What happens when I order from Hospitality Wholesale?

1. Register on our website

Before you can buy from us you need to register your details to create an account. Once you have registered you will be able to return to our site and login any time.

2. Create a shopping basket

Our system allows you to create as many different baskets as you like and they will still be there when you come back to our website.

To create a shopping basket, find the product you want to add to your basket, click on add to basket. If you are not logged in, you will be directed to login or create an account, then you will be directed back to the page you were previously on so that you can add the product to your basket.

When you click on add to basket while logged in a small pop up window will open and allow you to select the quantity you would like to buy, and select the basket you would like to add it to.

If you don't have any baskets, you will need to create a new one. Please give your new basket a name and a description if you want to. You can then click add to add the items to your basket.

3. Checkout your shopping basket

Before you check out, you can view and modify your basket in My Account, and email your basket to someone else to review.

When you are ready to place your order, click on Checkout from anywhere on the site, or on the Checkout button next to an order in My Account.

Enter your address details, your choice of payment method, and then confirm your order. You will not enter your payment details at this time. We will contact you once we have confirmed your order to organise payment.

4. Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order we will confirm that all the products are available and that our shipping estimate was accurate.

We will contact you by phone or email and organise payment of your order.

Some times products you have ordered are not available for immediate delivery. A member of our team will discuss with you whether you want to remove the unavailable product from your order, wait for all of your order to be available, or split your order and receive the available products now and the unavailable products when they become available.

5. Order Shipment

Once we have confirmed your order and received payment we will organise for your order to be shipped. The products are not always in the same location, so we will get your order together and ship the products to you. Shipping time is normally 7 to 14 days. We will always endeavor to delivery your order as quickly as we can. Sometimes problems will arise and this process will take longer. In this case you will be advised as to the status of your order. Please note that we cannot ship goods to a PO box address. All orders must include a valid postal address. If there are special delivery instructions you can notify us when we contact you for payment.

We will ship your order either with Star Track Express or Australia Post.

You can navigate our website by kitchenware category and subcategory or by brand and brand line. If you still can't find what you want you can try using our hospitality product search. Try just searching for a single keyword.

If you still can't find what you want then we probably don't have it. Even if we don't have the product on our site we may still be able to supply large orders of the product you want. Contact us for more information.
