This perfectly balanced series features hot-dropped forged solingen premium grade high carbon stainless steel blades. Full tang and bolster with ergonomic holstaform-C high impact resistant handles with solid spun rivets, ensuring handles never work loose. After experiencing the cutting pleasure of the Blade master it is a pleasure to know it is dishwasher safe unlike some other premium knives.It takes 38 stages of forging, tempering, grinding and polishing to manufacture the IVO knife that is recognised around the world as a mark of quality.
