Ergonomic nonslip handles made from thermoplastic elastomere (santoprene) ensures perfect handling and balance. Non-toxic, high impact and temperature resistant. Made in Portugal. The colour range helps identify each knife with each specific task. Reduces the potential for cross contamination of food, during the food preparation process.
