VG-10 super stainess steel high carbon. Blades are hardened to Rockwell C59-60 degrees which ensures the blade stays sharper longer
16 layers of damascus stainless steel on either side of the blade
Wood handles have been soaked in Laminate for several months making the wood less likely to swell and shrink when in contact with water
