This non-stick casserole pot from the Chef Inox Gravity range is one product in one of the most widely used commercial grade pan ranges and features:

• Cast aluminium inspired by German design and technology
• DuPont Teflon Platinum technology to create a professional grade non stick surface
• Lids are made from tempered glass so you can look while you cook (4.0mm thick for added safety)
• Handles are ergonomically designed and incorporate both silicon and phenolic materials to make the experience of using Gravity as comfortable as possible
• Faster and more even heat distribution when compared to conventional cookware, due to the combination of the one piece gravity construction, the 5.0mm thick base and 2.5mm thick sides and the qualities of aluminium as a distributor of heat
• Dishwasher safe
