Chef Inox Gravity Range

Gravity is a cast aluminium range of cookware inspired by German design and technology. The Chef Inox Gravity range uses DuPont Teflon Platinum technology to create a durable non stick surface with fantastic food release properties. Lids are made from tempered glass ‘look while you cook’ and are 4.0mm thick for added safety. Handles are ergonomically designed and incorporate both silicon and phenolic materials to make the experience of using Gravity as comfortable as possible. The combination of the one piece gravity construction, the 5.0mm thick base and 2.5mm thick sides and the qualities of aluminium as a distributor of heat allows for faster and more even heat distribution when compared to conventional cookware. The range is dishwasher safe.
