What happens next?

Once you have created an account, or logged in, you will be able to browse our site and select products to add to your basket. You can create as many shopping baskets as you like, and they will remain in your account until you check them out or remove them.

When you order

Our checkout is quick and easy to use. We will not ask you to make payment at the checkout - we will confirm that the products are all available and the delivery charge is as low as possible. We will then contact you to make payment.

After you order

Once we have confirmed your order and you have made payment by either Credit Card, Cheque, or Bank Transfer, your order will be shipped by either StarTrack Express or Australia Post. You should expect delivery within 7 to 14 days and we will notify you when your order is on its way. If delivery is by StarTrack Express you will find the tracking number in your My Account under Order History.
