Product Review Guidelines

Hospitality Products now provides users the opportunity to review products to provide feedback and useful information to other customers. Reviews are anonymous, only your first name and suburb will be displayed to protect your privacy.

Reviewing as a guest

We welcome product reviews from anyone, even if you are not a customer of Hospitality Products. If you are not logged into our website, your submissions will be reviewed before they are published. This can take up to 5 working days.

Reviewing while logged in

Submitting product reviews while logged in to your account gives you benefits including the opportunity to win monthly prizes. If you are not logged in, you can still write product reviews but they will not appear in your account.

If you have purchased it from us or have used this product before, please tell us what you think of it.

Product Reviewing Guidelines

We encourage honest reviews of our products with details of pros and cons. Reviews should be accurate and objective, and should refrain from overly positive or negative bias.

Hospitality Products reserves the right to remove any product review for any reason.

Submissions that are not approved, or removed following review, will not be eligible for loyalty points or for entry to competitions.

All reviews submitted to Hospitality Product's website/s are the property of Hospitality Products, and as such can be used by Hospitality Products for any purpose including and not limited to display on Hospitality Product's websites and promotional and marketing materials.
