I can honestly say I haven't and I can tell you why... I have always had this visual in my head of those that make paella at food festivals and the like, I even went to a Spanish restaurant once and they had a window you could look through and view the big batch being cooked. I think for this reason I always thought Paella was cooked in these large commercial ridiculously large pans. Therefore not for home use at all.
